We are Lamben s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia (Company ID: 57319804), with our registered office at Zámocká 3, 811 01 Bratislava. We operate the website deepgrowth.eu, an eshop selling ebooks, courses, and consultations on self-development, technology, and AI.
We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website, and we process it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect and why
We only collect information that is genuinely needed to serve you.
When you place an order
- Name and email address — to confirm your order and deliver your purchase
- Billing address and country — for invoicing and tax purposes
- Order history — so you can re-download purchases and we can provide support

Payment data
We never store card numbers or full bank account details on our servers. SEPA bank transfers are handled directly between your bank and ours. Card payments (when available) are processed by our payment provider — they see and store the card data, not us.
How long we keep your data
- Order and invoice records — 10 years, as required by Slovak accounting law
- Customer account data — for as long as your account is active; deleted on request, subject to the above retention
- Support messages — up to 2 years after the last interaction
- Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe
- Server logs — up to 12 months
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with providers who help us deliver our services, and only what they strictly need:
- Websupport, s.r.o. (Slovakia) — web hosting
- Payment provider — to process card payments
- Accountant — to fulfil Slovak tax and bookkeeping obligations
- Email service — to send order confirmations and support replies
All processors are bound by written data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data. We do not transfer data outside the EEA unless protected by an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
