deepgrowth.eu is operated by Lamben s.r.o., registered in Slovakia, Company ID: 57319804, with its office at Zámocká 3, 811 01 Bratislava. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

What we sell

deepgrowth.eu offers:

• Ebooks — digital files delivered by download (PDF, EPUB, or similar)
• Online courses — digital educational content delivered through the platform
• Consultations — one-on-one remote sessions via video call

We sell digital products only. Nothing is shipped. No physical goods, printed books, CDs, DVDs, or other tangible items are available.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable under Slovak law. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — there are no additional fees on our side.

Placing an order

• Browse the shop and add your chosen product to the cart
• Complete the checkout form with your name, email, and billing details
• Select your payment method and confirm the order
• You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified

Your order is binding once payment has been confirmed.

Payment

• SEPA bank transfer — no fees. Your order is processed once payment arrives in our account, typically within 1–2 business days.
• Card payment — coming soon. No fees charged by us.

All payment methods are free of charge on our end.

Delivery

• Ebooks and courses — your download link is included in the order confirmation email and is also available in My Account → Orders. Access is granted as soon as payment clears.
• Consultations — after booking, we’ll contact you to agree on a date and time. Sessions are held via video call.

Licence

When you buy an ebook or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files or any substantial part of their content. All intellectual property rights remain with Lamben s.r.o. or the respective rights holders.

No refunds — digital products

By completing a purchase you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

This means purchases of ebooks, courses, and delivered consultations are final. If something goes wrong — a file is broken, a session wasn’t delivered — contact us at info@deepgrowth.eu and we’ll resolve it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Content accuracy

We take care to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and up to date. If you believe a product was materially misrepresented, contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

Complaints

Send any complaint to info@deepgrowth.eu. We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may use:

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect for orders placed after the updated version is published. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
